【源泉徴収票の発行について】
卒業後、就職先に提出するために源泉徴収票の発行をご希望の方は、 源泉徴収票発行専用アドレス（gensen@jim.titech.ac.jp）まで、ご希望の源泉徴収票の発行年（令和〇年分　源泉徴収票）、お名前と学籍番号、源泉徴収票の送付先ご住所（郵便番号から記載）をご連絡ください。 発行には１週間程度かかります。

【Requesting a Withholding Tax Statement】
If you wish to request a withholding tax statement (源泉徴収票) after graduation to submit a copy to your employer, please email us at gensen@jim.titech.ac.jp.
When emailing us, please include your name, student ID no.,mailing address,and the year you wish the tax statement to cover (令和〇年分　源泉徴収票 ).Your statement will be mailed to the address you provided in the email in a week or so.
